Gardens and Veggies
In spring, summer and fall, the gardens at Meadowlark Acres are in bloom
with flowers, herbs, and veggies. The star of the show in late summer and
early fall is the crop of heirloom tomatoes, that are served to the guests at
dinner and lunch classes. Hot peppers, melons and herbs are grown for the
jams, jellies and mustard that are slow-cooked and processed in jars.
